Q: What is a Dry drop?
A: A dry drop is just a clean recording with no processing whatsoever. Perfect for those DJs who want to do their own production.

Q: What are Voice Effects?
A: Voice effects are when processing is done to your dry drop. There are no sound effects.

Q: What are Full Effects?
A: Full Effects are when your dry drop then has processing that includes voice effects AND sound effects.

Q: How can I pay?
A: 2Checkout.com will process your order with either your credit card or via Paypal.

Q: What is the bitrate of the drop?
A: Highest quality 320kbps/44.1 stereo.

Q: What is the delivery method?
A: Files are sent via ‘WeTransfer.com’ to ensure that they get to you with no problem. There will remain there, available for downloading for up to 7 days.

Q: How long till I receive my DJ drop?
A: Usually within 24 – 48 hours, unless it’s a weekend.

Q: I have not received my order yet, or heard anything from you and it’s over 48 hours.
A: Please check your junk/trash/spam folders.

Q: My name is said wrong.
A: In the order form there is an option to upload a ‘Pronunciation Audio’.  This saves us both time. If I still say it wrong, no worries, I will re record it until it’s perfect, no charge.

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No. Our order form tries to capture as much detail about your drop as possible. There is also a ‘Special Instructions’ box where you can add more details or a link to an example that you like. I’d be happy to re record the drop with more specific direction from you.

Q: Can you do Spanish DJ Drops?
A: Yes.

Q: Do you do other voice over work apart from DJ Drops?
